I regularly use kinesiology tapes on both knees due to a torn meniscus and without them I am in pain and cannot exercise as I like and enjoy. For comparison, I swim 2-3 times a week, bike 2-3 days and run 5 days, so I don't wear tape, maybe one day every two weeks. I've tried KT, OK, ReFun and these. I started with KT, they are definitely the best, but they are way more expensive than everyone else, so I tried the cheaper brands. OK costs about half of KT and is excellent, but being such a regular user I try to not notice these as much as possible and I still find the OK logo too noticeable. So I tried ReFun and they are very good and without the logo I just find them a bit stiffer than KT and everything is fine. These three last exactly 5 days, even with 2 swimming sessions; Usually, during the third swim, they start walking mid-swim. Now about this brand: very nice packaging, easy to put on and feels as stretchy as KT and well best price of all and holds my knee perfectly but unfortunately only lasts 3 days maybe 4 if I go swimming with it only once . So if you don't need to wear them for more than 3 days, be sure to get them! But if, like me, you almost always have to have them, go to OK if you don't mind the logo, or ReFun if you don't want additional signage on the already-visible band on your device. Leather.
