I liked that they had a great customer service department to help with any questions or concerns. They also had a great program for employees to get better at managing their finances. The fact that the program was very specific when it came to what it would cover. I didn't like how much the cost of this software seemed high for a basic financial management tool. It is not necessary to have something like this, but if you are looking for one that has a variety of options for budgeting, expense tracking, and accounting, then this is a good option. We were trying to find a product that we could use internally as well as externally, and ESCO seemed to fit both those needs.
