Does what it says
I used a few of these so I can use Alexa to control two LED strips. Works perfectly. I could just connect them to my application and get them working with Alexa. Let me have a wide range of flicker-free dimming options (unlike the Govee RGBIC bulbs I bought around the same time). My only complaint is that if the internet goes down when they are on, they turn the lights on and off and then reset the lights to 100%. Maybe it's some sort of safety feature, but I don't have any other flashlights that do this. Besides, they're great.
