Highly recommended in the kitchen and dining room
Hello, after reading the reviews I decided to cut it a few centimeters too much on each side and back. I then moved the back corners towards me and taped the backing with tape to hold it in place. Now I have a fully functional plastic cover with edges. I love having the front open so I can see when the water drains. What made me buy this rug was that my water filter was leaking. A few drops spilled in 8 hours, about a quarter of a glass, but in fact all the wood got under the old shelf liner. I doubt I will have any problems with this rug. This is a thick plastic that can easily be cut with a utility knife.
