There are many reviews that it is not level and this is from the person who installed it. Mine installed with no problems. I taped a piece of blue tape to draw a straight line where I wanted to mount it and used my drill to insert the screws. They even have a whole that gives you some leverage to flip it. I found it very easy and I love that they give you an allen wrench to tighten the main part. When I tighten it, it's really good. This coat hook is durable and perfect for our bathroom.
