I bought this paper cutter as my main paper cutter, it wasn't the best choice due to the size. It's a good compact size for all your small paper cutting needs, but you'll have to remove the plastic guide anytime your paper exceeds the size of the plastic guide. This is annoying because I'm always afraid of breaking the plastic guide. Even cutting without a plastic guide is not always as sharp and precise. Leave the plastic guide on for the best cut quality.
