I ordered these shoes to add to my work shoe collection and when they arrived the quality and style were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they run big. I ordered a size 12 and they looked more like a 12.5/13. They were too loose in the heel area to be used. Was hoping to trade for 11.5 but they sold out...YMMV
