The ease of setting up new products or adding features from other manufacturers was very easy with this program! It's not as intuitive if you have never worked much with Voice Commands before but once I got used to how things work there were no problems at all (or none worth mentioning). There are some additional training materials available for free here which can be helpful if you need more info than just "click click" help videos would provide - however they seem pretty short compared to most programs out their so take them into consideration depending upon your needs/time constraints etc. We needed an easier method of creating product data entry forms without having someone transcribe each form onto our system every day via phone call / email. This solved those issues while also keeping us informed about inventory levels daily & weekly instead of waiting until people called back.
