I bought it on September 6, 2020. It arrived on September 12th. He retired on October 12. the return window closed on October 11th. Until it stopped working, getting my new Samsung U28R55 4k monitor to mirror the built-in 3072 x 1920 Retina display of my 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro was just what I needed. Most days of the week I plugged it into my 2016 15" MacBook Pro (2880 x 1800) from work to mirror that machine's Retina display (2880 x 1800) and used it for 8 hours, then turning off my work computer and plugging in a new PC for a couple more hours.Yesterday I unplugged my work device and tried to plug it into my personal device but nothing showed up on the external monitor.Thankfully my old USB-C to HDMI works - Adapter via an HDMI cable to connect an external monitor to my work machine otherwise I would be even more frustrated than I am now.Two stars for doing what it has been doing for well a month.Probably I'm being too generous
