The ability of MIOvantage to connect multiple systems, not just from Salesforce, but also from other enterprise applications. The tool helps us have consistency on our data and makes sure all data flows in one direction only which saves time and resources. Sometimes it can be difficult to set up connections in MIOvantage compared to tools like Workday or Salesforce. You really do need to know what you are doing when creating a connection and there isn't much help out there online. I have been able to find solutions to any data problems that we had as an organization, such as needing a custom field or report. We were using separate systems to track our customers' interactions with our sales team. Now they are all connected and we can see activity across departments within one system.
