Terrible purchase, only wasted money.

The left and right earphones are displayed separately in the bluetooth; they did not connect together. I tried everything on the advice of how to fix it, but alas (it worked either right, or the left one, I'm thinking of trying to order again, maybe I just got a marriage, because the fit in my ear is just perfect and the sound, although it is a bit bassy.
