Still falls in: my feedback

I am unsure whether it is the user, Toter, bags, Rubber bands, or combination thereof, that is the problem. Unfortunately, the rubber bands seem to come off when weight of trash is added. The bags still fall in.

Pros

Easy on / off - secures the liner nicely.

Cons

Not ideal for outdoor use in extreme temperatures or weather conditions
