First of all, it's a good chair with everything you need. I bought this chair because I've always wanted a "cool" gaming chair. It only took me two days to receive the chair after I ordered it. Although the packaging was slightly damaged, everything was fine inside. Every detail has been carefully packaged and easily assembled. The chair itself is very cute (like the picture on the web) and very comfortable. It's stable with a footrest, which is what I always wish for. This is a great Christmas present for me compared to the price I got exactly what I wanted.
