Review on Grey Thermal Insulated Grommet Window Blackout Curtains Panels - 1 Pair 52X84 Inch + 2 Tie Backs by Jay Koterba

The curtains are silver and room darkening not total blackout. If I had wanted more total blackout I would have selected the gray or darker color. The silver color was more like a light gray which I wanted. I purchased the curtains more for privacy. (The tiebacks were included.) The curtains are used on a patio door.I did wash the curtains and hoped the wrinkles would come out with the wrinkle release from the dryer. Since I didn't want to wait for the wrinkles to fall out after hanging I did the old fashion thing and got out an ironing board & iron set at low heat and used a damp cotton towel on the back side to get all the wrinkles out. If I hadn't of had the time I would have taken the curtains to the cleaners to have the wrinkles removed. In the middle of the curtains I have another pair of loosely woven white curtains that let in light during the day. At night I pull the silver curtains together for complete privacy. During the day the silver curtains are pulled back to the sides with the white shearer curtains opened fully to lighten the room. I am happy with the purchase & like the smooth formal looking material of the curtains!
