The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

Did not live up to expectations; purchased on the advice of a friend; the same pair that she has been walking with for the past four years. It seems that things around here, and not just the language, used to be better. Because of the horrible quality of the microphone and the fact that they are unable to hear me, I can only communicate via the phone and must remove my headphones and turn off the bluetooth. Videos and programs' sound quality can occasionally become choppy at times.
