Regardless of who creates something for oneself, the PS4's graphics chip has twice the power, which is noticeable. In the vast majority of games with respectable graphics and FPS, you can now play at 1080P. Support for 4K is merely a nice perk for owners of compatible TVs (monitors). The noise level is nothing out of the ordinary; even while under load, everything remains within the typical bounds for a device of this caliber. The Xbox 360 and PS3's always operating drives are far more taxed.
