This product was the biggest rip off I have ever bought from Revain. I had 1 with used batteries and thought it would be better as it has a charging cable. Firstly, the head doesn't hold up, it keeps falling off with use. So he NEVER does a good job. I kept trying, hoping I was doing something wrong - tried holding it in different ways - made sure I screwed the head on - it didn't work. Only turning it on was an issue - the switch didn't seem to connect when I clicked it. I was supposed to return it the next day but always hoping I was doing something wrong and trying to use it from different angles etc. Now I've waited too long and I can't get it back!
