Very simple and beautiful. I added additional command strips after reading reviews and worrying about the weight of my Sonicare electric toothbrush. In general everything is fine. It fits my partner's simple lightweight bamboo manual toothbrush. However, the head of my Sonicare toothbrush is about 7/16 inch wide and has a rubberized coating around the head. The width of the head and the weight of the electric toothbrush itself - in less than an hour it falls into my tub with a loud crash. To keep my toothbrush intact, I no longer use it, but my partner does. It's a shame because having it in the shower was perfect to remind me to brush my teeth. What I'm saying is that if I just hang the nozzle in the holder, it stays. But then I either have to remember to grab the electric nozzle before going in, or go outside and grab it while keeping an eye on the water on the bathroom floor. This defeats the purpose in my case. Otherwise it's really nice. I don't know what others were expecting when they said it was cheap. It's plastic and simple. It blends into my walls. It's just a pity I can't use it.
