I like that I can listen to audio books and podcasts and go back 15 or 30 seconds with the buttons on the earbud. I have to look for another headset when they call me, which I don't like. Ringer volume worked fine. the week. Now the ringer volume is 50% even though I turned it all the way up. Also, there aren't many instructions that come with the headset. But for some reason I keep switching the headset from English to Asian. And there is an attempt to switch back. aggravating. When I return to English, it doesn't seem to linger long. This is mainly a problem when the phone rings and tells me the number of the caller and doesn't stop talking until the number is dialed even if I answer the call. When it switches between languages it also interferes with pairing with my phone. It needs to be "forgotten" and fixed for it to work. If you like listening to audiobooks, podcasts and more, this is an amazing headset. If you want him to take calls too, come in!
