Review on Entigrity by Dave Rasic

I like how quickly they respond when you call in with questions or issues! The customer service team are always so friendly & helpful - never seem annoyed by your inquiries/comments even though their jobs can be quite time-consuming at times (especially during tax season). They have an amazing product which makes my job as Accountant easier than ever before!! Nothing really comes across negatively about them but if there was something i could suggest it would probably be for more transparency of pricing structures etc., maybe also having some sort off 'competition' where other companies offering similar products would give us insight into what we should expect from our provider?
