So disappointed with beds and furniture

Really hoping I would like it so followed ALL the dressing instructions (washing the window, heating the rubber pads in hot water for the set time etc) and it stayed 10 minutes and then I heard a big bang and my poor cat Daphne who weighs less than 20 pounds and is a tuxedo cat tried to jump in and fell. She was too scared to try again and I had to leave very disappointed. Let's go back to the scratching post.
