I got these to insulate a very heavy stand with 3 granite slabs. I went with the smaller of the two options and they seem to work very well. I know others have indicated that the cleat cutout needs to be enlarged, but I can say that for my setup the butt cutout was perfect. I added some 3M anti slip rubber at the bottom and it seems like the perfect combination. It's carbon fiber during the last. I need to update my rating. Not because there are any issues with those legs, but because my idea of adding anti-slip rubber was wrong. Physics is one thing, and with a generally large weight, the adhesive holding the pads to the CF discs is easily overcome - albeit very slowly. Ditch that idea and just use the washers themselves unless you have the magic epoxy.
