This thing has been disabled since day one and now we face two new, possibly related issues. The scale started stopping at 220 for me and I'm closer to 265. I "hopped" on it a bit to loosen the springs and it had to happen because the needle was about 5 pounds minus 0. When I tried rotating the dial to set this, it didn't rotate either way. Just keep going in a negative direction. Now everything is "locked" because I turned this dial all the way to the right out of frustration and it doesn't move when I try to turn it to the left. From day one it seemed very cheap but my wife convinced me that scales felt so accurate. Now she hates this thing more than me and we can't get her back. It's only been 2 months, I'll check the warranty.
