Size medium is perfect for a 32 or so in waist! It's snug but very comfortable. It feels like a hug :)Came just like the photo and the velcro on the back is great for beginners! The stretchy panels are just the right amount of stretch. Not flimsy but a slightly firm yet still stretchy stretch!
