I received a small, inexpensive ultrasonic toothbrush as a gift. I liked how it cleans but the nozzle is too small. Found Pyle on Revain and decided to give it a try. WOW! The thing really moves. Washes out deposits between teeth and under the gums, leaving teeth smooth and plaque-free. My old grocery store-bought rotary toothbrush just can't compete with this high-speed dental tool. But you must clean with your mouth open. If the hard back of the brush comes into contact with the teeth, a hammer effect is created. A modest price for what appears to be a high quality product, especially when compared to some expensive well known brands. The old brush with two AA batteries has gone down in history.
