Good quality and looks great
I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the tight inner sleeves. It suits my child very well and is very comfortable. She loves it and goes with different outfits. Winters in Baltimore are fairly warm. I bought 2 sizes up for my 3 year old daughter as she is tall for her age and I wanted her to last at least a season.
