It should actually be 3 1/2 stars. The color matches the description, it stays the same as on my eyebrows and doesn't wash off until I wash it off. The only problem I have is that it dries too quickly after it comes out of the tube making it difficult to apply evenly. I squeeze a small amount onto a small plastic palette and then apply with a firmer brow brush. But it just dries too quickly on the wheel, on the brush, and on my brow, so I usually end up with my brows painted open. I tried using an eyebrow stencil and a small stencil sponge, but again it dried out too quickly. I will continue to experiment with other application methods until I find the right one. Maybe use a brush dipped in water? Or add some water to the product as soon as I press it onto the tray? Just take a look. I recommend this product, just be prepared to work on the application.
