Much better than expected
I didn't think I could mount these stands to my Sony SS-MSP2 speakers but I was wrong. First, my speakers weigh far from 8 pounds. (highly recommended for this stand) Easy assembly. Very good quality and aesthetically simple. Due to the height of my new sectional furniture, I use a full 45" extension. Very strong. If you look at the photo you can see I was able to attach the 90 degree plate to the post with the recommended M5(G). I was then able to attach the speaker with a single M5 screw (H). There are several combinations for different speakers. Although some buyers report having to purchase additional hardware to attach stands to their speakers. The price is right. I am very satisfied with these stands and can only recommend them.
