I like how easy it is to create private rooms or channels for team discussions, also very easy to use the API in any language! it's pretty simple to start using but not so intuitive. The UI could be more user friendly and make it easier to navigate through tasks and issues/PRs. And the support could improve the documentation as well. Great product that can help teams keep track of issues/PRs. It makes it easy for all members from different countries and timezones to get involved in the discussion by creating separate rooms or even private channels. The UI is very simple, easy to use and has a great design. Also it's free for open source projects. It could be more powerful at the moment. I would like to create my own tags, but this is not possible. I also miss the possibility to search through issues by keywords. But it works well enough and is easy to understand. It's a good tool for all users of GitHub. We are using it to collaborate in our project, where we write code.
