I just bought a medium-sized arm shaper. I'm 5'5", 157 pounds and usually wear medium sized shirts. It fits perfectly and is comfortable but I want it to hold my hands so I'll order a small one as well. The material is very soft and comfortable, I don't even realize I'm wearing it. I can't wait to see what other products they have. I highly recommend it. I have another one that I got after surgery that was very uncomfortable and had lumps in the buttocks Wrinkles caused my arm. The Brabic material is so comfortable that it is not noticeable even in clothes. Hope this helps you all!
