Our builder installed this range of Moen lights in our new home. Appearance and quality are okay. Little did we know the landlord couldn't remove them until we had to repaint the bathroom. We arranged the installation in a location that we overlooked during construction planning, before the repainting project began, and I'm glad we did. The new one shows how to mount them: screw the wall mount into place and push the external latch against the mount until it 'clicks'. Once it "clicks", you will need to damage the wall to remove the mount as you will never remove it from the mount. I called Moen to ask if they make special pliers to remove the mount from the mount. The rep I spoke to said no and indicated that these devices should not be removed. You did it right!
