It has a beautiful and small brush and a very soft bush. I was looking for a children's toothbrush with a very soft brush because the hard brush used to cut my daughter's gums. It took about a month to deliver after ordering, so it was shipped from Japan via economy shipping. But I am happy about the free shipping! The packaging says in Japanese that these toothbrushes are for babies aged 12-18 months who are growing molars.
