Works like a table fan
I soaked the fins in cold water. I saw a fine mist but only on first use. It hasn't happened since then. Even if I soak it again. My office gets hot, so when I'm working, he's right in front of me. I want to use in a small plane. I think it will only cool down very briefly. Really just a glorified fan.
