I have been wearing quality slippers for 20 years. However, I decided that I needed something more stable for my daily off-road walks. I have back problems so comfort is a must! I put these shoes on as soon as they arrived. They were very comfortable in the house and I was happy with my purchase! Then I went for an evening walk with the dog. I'm a fast and "heavy" walker. Suddenly I felt a bump under my big toe where the strap was. I thought I might have picked up something, but there was nothing. I walked a little further and my legs moved a little as I walked briskly. What I felt underneath seemed to be gone. We walked on the grass and the shoes fit my feet perfectly and I was amazed at how they fitted. As soon as we started walking, that damn lumpy feeling was back under my toe. It wasn't painful or hard, just uncomfortable. After 30-40 steps it went away, I imagine my foot moving LIGHTLY in the sandals. They're comfortable, they look cute, and they support your feet! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that annoying temporary sensation under the big toe. I keep them because they are so supportive and learning!
