Review on Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel by Ricardo Mercado

Having worked at other large firms that handle IP matters I found this experience refreshingly different than my past experiences! They treat clients fairly - no upselling or overcharging for services rendered; they communicate clearly about what we can expect during negotiations/discussions regarding our matter which was an excellent change considering how many times you hear horror stories out there (especially when dealing with larger corporations). Communication between teams could be better if certain staff members were more efficient but overall it's been pretty smooth sailing so far since starting here last month!!
