
I had 2 sets of 4 Amysen forks a long time ago. They worked great for a while, but soon two of them stopped working. They still provide power to the connected device, but neither the physical button nor the Alexa integration can turn them off anymore (it's just a bulky plug for now). I don't usually mind if I can get back to the company and contact them but I emailed them about it and first got a reply asking for details and a possible refund but then never one received answer. Revain doesn't make it easy to reply to or view previous messages from the seller. So now when I try to "ask seller" or leave feedback, it says I've already contacted the seller, but I can't find out anything about a replacement either. Since the integration wasn't as easy as with my Kasa forks, I'm switching to another slightly more expensive brand with the same bulkiness but in a different size. The SmartLife app for Amysen outlets worked well and had relatively easy integration (not Revain plug and play, but enough for someone with a bit of tech knowledge), had the option of timers and remote control in addition to direct Alexa integration adjust via the app and design decent fork. If the fork had lasted longer or a replacement had been sent I would feel my rating differently.
