I'm a picky coffee drinker. I always go to specialty coffee shops like Bodhi where they roast their own beans to get freshly ground coffee. Then I started using the pod machine. The only option in bundles is pre-packaged bulk items. Who knows when they were packed or when the beans were ground. I've tried unknown brands and popular brands but all to no avail. Then I found SFBay coffee pods. I could smell the freshness through the box. As I opened each package I was sure they would be great. The first cup was Nirvana. They claim to have just crushed and packaged their capsules and the difference is noticeable compared to other companies' capsules. I bought a variety box to see if there was a favorite. All of them are very tasty, fresh and pleasant to drink. I especially like that there is no acid residue left on the tongue after drinking a cup. And as an added bonus, they're cheaper than big brands!
