Holy wow! This baby has pigment spots! I make sure to set the primer before applying. Then I lightly apply a few eyeshadows to the brush and sweep them across the eyelid from the most intense corner to the edge – technique is important here. If it's too strong I tone it down with nude powder or dab it off with a damp beauty blender or towel. A little extra work, but wow! One caveat: all dark colors are red. There are 3 shades of red in this palette, and they are all dark and quite deep in the crease. Shades of red tend to blend and look like the same color. I tried using one on my lid and ended up using red with red and red - it wasn't the look I wanted. The shimmers covered the red nicely and looked amazing against those matte reds. But, well, the look was AMAZING (in a good way), but try it on your hand before applying it to your eyes. And practice using a palette if you have time to experiment with it and/or plan to mix it with colors from another palette. Otherwise, you look the same as Jeffree Star's red eyeshadow on YouTube.
