Bought this as a sitting stool and toiletry storage for my bathroom. I'm about 180 lbs. and sit on it frequently with no problem. I have stood on it once, and it felt stable, but I don't recommend this! The cushion looks nice but is really only comfy for a short sit, which is all I need it for.Disclaimer: The drawers do NOT have any sort of rollers, so you can't put much weight into them and still have them slide in and out properly! If used for a pair or two of shoes, this will be fine. Anything heavier and it's going to difficult to slide.So, 4 stars, missed out on the 5th for not having some sort of roller for the drawers.
- The cabinet is easy to assemble, and it comes with all the necessary instructions to put it together
- The shoe cabinet may be difficult to assemble for some individuals
