Not exactly what I expected

Good. It's very long - below the crotch but well hidden. I expected more than just a second layer of thin fabric as a "shelf". but since I bought it to wear under looser shirts it will serve me well. The fabric seems to hold you in a little, control your tummy a little. No shelf support, so if you're more than a C cup, your girls are headed for your navel.
