It worked! 2006 GS300
Installed on my daughter's 2006 GS300, replaces OEM 85967-51040. I had to cut a bit with a utility knife near the screw holes to get it to fit properly. For some reason her headlight assembly didn't have a gasket in the ballast, and neither did when she replaced it. I used some silicone to seal the ballast. Also, silicone was used to seal the headlight assembly as water got in and the ballast failed.
