Smells weird, but that's okay.
It's okay. Smells like dirty water when you splash it on your face. I wanted to try it because I like Garnier Rosewater Cleansing Milk for the scent, but it doesn't smell that great. However, it is a good moisturizer to wear under serums and other moisturizers.
