Review on Sonoma Vinyl Tablecloth 52 Vanilla by Rudy Santos

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Maybe I'm just not a fan of vinyl.

I bought 2 of these in 2 different colors and they are ok. For half the price I could get the same thing at my big store. I guess I expected them to be less smelly, better quality, more durable etc than a regular vinyl tablecloth for the price I paid. I mean they weren't expensive compared to a car, but they weren't cheap compared to other vinyls either. I had to use tablecloth clips to hold them in place like other slipcovers I've used. They just don't have anything special. So if you're buying a vinyl tablecloth, I'm not sure if price really matters. I think you get what you get - it may not be like you get what you pay for. I'm done with what I think are disposable tablecloths. I am currently using fabric and am happy with it so far. I have to wash the fabric instead of just wiping it down and I use a coaster instead of my son's (he's a bit sloppy) - but so far it's saved me time and money. It has a rather strange texture (polyester) but stains are easy to remove - no need to buy vinyl anymore.

Pros
  • House and kitchen
Cons
  • Some little things
