The title says it all. I bought this for the trigger and couldn't be happier. Since this isn't my first attempt at finding out the best way to photograph while diving, I thought I should write a review when I finally found the answer. waterproof case and selfie stick as tools for underwater photography. During a dive, the buttons are particularly difficult to press due to the compression that rubber and pads experience. So far I've set up my GoPro for video and video while diving, editing the footage and taking photos later. . It's much easier to pull the shutter button and take a picture than trying to push the button. The shutter button also allows the GoPro to be further away from you when you press the record button, rather than bringing the GoPro closer to you to press down. The dome itself helps a bit when using the GoPro's wide-angle lens, but it's all a bit unwieldy. However, the grip and trigger can easily be used with a smaller waterproof case as all parts come with standard GoPro mounting tabs and screws.
