Update 02/19/2020: I contacted the seller and received a replacement within a few days. I am absolutely satisfied with this product and the seller. Let's go back to 5 in my book. This group has been great for 6 months. Fits perfectly. It looked great. And then the connection broke. I can't get Wepro to respond to my warranty replacement request. I will update my review depending on the results. For the price, you could buy once every six months and still have the edge if you don't want to buy one from FitBit. I will update my review based on the results.
