Amazing sound for this price.

I paid $16 and am very impressed not only with the volume from the two 5w speakers but also with the great frequency response (again for the relative size of the speakers. You will don't move much air in the lowest frequencies with such small speakers, but the low frequencies are definitely audible enough to deliver a full tonal range for personal music or movie listening, and the mids and highs are clear). I bought this speaker to boost my laptop which has a decent screen but horrible tiny tinny speakers. For this price, my expectations are definitely exceeded. Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy. I connected it to my Android Essential PH-1 and Ubuntu System76 Galago Pro laptop. The size is nice and compact, it's a good weight, very solid construction and durable velvety silicone and rubber strap. In addition, it comes with a flat stereo audio cable with 3.5mm plugs on the ends and a flat micro-USB charging cable (nice touch). The fabric covers what feels like hard plastic speaker grilles with very small perforations (otherwise you don't feel any particular shape underneath the fabric, like round cone shapes or anything). It also has non-Bluetooth auxiliary input capability with a 3.5mm stereo jack. I am also attaching a video. I filmed this in my office, so I didn't want to go past 70%. As you can see it sounds great even at this level. When cranked up to 100% the sound is much louder and I can tell there is the slightest hint of distortion or clipping, but I can't imagine how often I'd want to use this at 100%.
