They are great and very comfortable. I will never go back to a regular pant belt. Flat buckle. The clasp should remain. However, the part that sticks out quite a bit is where the metal loop is right where the extra material ends. This piece goes right into my side belt loop, so thinking about whether it should be in front of the belt loop or in the back (it doesn't go through the belt loop easily) is an extra step. I bought one (Khaki) and liked it so much I bought four packs because of the discount. Sold 2 of these to my sister and now we are both happy!
