Review on COVERGIRL Clean Matte Cream Packaging by Angela Murphy

Where have you been?!?!?!

I am Asian with oily and acne prone skin. I've been using Holika Holika Pore Clearing Petit BB Cream for a number of years and have been looking for something better. As much as I love that Holika Holika has a fairly high SPF and tea tree oil, which is good for my skin, it has a gray tint that makes me look sickly and makes my face greasy after a few hours. I figured a BB cream with any SPF would be too oily for me, whether it's for mattifying or oily skin. When I was looking for a BB Cream without SPF, I came across Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream for Oily Skin. I figured, if that doesn't work, well, I'll go back to my regular BB cream and let the search continue. The Covergirl colors have turned out to be a perfect match for my skin tone (similar to Holika Holika without the gray undertone) and cheap. My Routine: Trader Joe's Rose Water Toner, Secret Key Aloe Soothing Toner, TO Squalene Blend, Benton Snail Bee Essence, Vit. C, TO Salicylic Acid, Mizon Snail Ampoule Blend with TO Niacinamide, Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+/PA++++, Covergirl BB Cream and Light Translucent Powder. This cream is easy to apply and has medium coverage. It dries fairly quickly and then a wet beauty blender comes to the rescue. I found it matte but not drying and the best part is I now just have to blot my face maybe once or twice a day. I think the key is to use a separate SPF. I am very satisfied with this product and will definitely buy it again.
