The jacket arrived as described but based on other reviews I thought a medium size would fit as I am about the same height and weight (5ft 4, 129lbs for reference) like the reviewers who bought the middle one. say that the size is suitable. I wish I was a size larger than tall, I know I'm an inverted triangle with broad shoulders and a larger torso (I kick myself for not taking that into account) so it fits my back snugly now and my arms, and I'm not wearing it I don't think I could wear a sweater or any other layer without being too tight. I bought it as a tailcoat to match the length of my skirt and dress for the evening. I hope this helps all women with a similar physique.
