Excellent experience and support through all stages of our project
I worked with both Steve (our Project Manager)and Justin(Project Engineer).
They were very thorough in making sure we had what was needed for installation from start-to-finish! There wasn't anything negative about working w/ them at this time - they are just good people who care so much abt doing things right by you as an employer AND your client!! Great team overall. The staff are very efficient in ensuring your needs as an employer/client have been met with regards customer service delivery / outcomes for you business's success! Nothing really other than I think they could be more flexible regarding timeframes when required by client due dates etc - maybe even just one day per week instead? Very happy working alongside this team at present though nothing was disliked during my two years there so far!!
- Easy to work along side; great attitude, always pleasant demeanor..friendly professionalism is demonstrated consistently throughout all interactions between myself or clients alike..great follow up too via email correspondence if any questions arise after initial project completion date has passed.which happens often enough within our industry that it must happen regularly...as well as timely response times upon request which also occur frequently among most businesses' expectations today
